Lusthue Returns and Refunds Policy
At Lusthue, we understand that sometimes, a purchase may not be exactly what you expected. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free return experience for our customers. Please carefully review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
To provide our customers with more flexibility during the holiday season, we offer an extended returns period for Christmas purchases. For orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, our Christmas Returns Policy applies. You can return any eligible item purchased during this period up until January 31st of the following year, subject to the same criteria as our standard returns policy (items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and pristine condition).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team or include your request on the returns form enclosed with your parcel. Exchanges are allowed once per order. After one exchange, all further requests will need to be processed as refunds. Please note that orders may be part-shipped, meaning you might receive multiple deliveries. Ensure you have received all items from your order before initiating a return, as we only accept one return per order number.
Free Returns (For Select Countries)
Returns for select customers (subject to location) are free and tracked. If you’re eligible for free returns, a pre-paid returns label will be enclosed with your parcel. Make sure to use this label when returning your items. For customers outside eligible areas, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in their original condition (with labels attached) within 28 days for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
For orders placed outside of China, you have 38 days to return your items.
Important: Items returned without tags or in non-saleable condition may not be eligible for a refund. We kindly ask that you take care when trying on garments and avoid wearing makeup, deodorant, or perfume that may transfer onto the items.
Sale Items
Sale items follow the same return terms and conditions as regular-priced items.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after delivery. Please notify us via email or phone if you wish to cancel, and return the item(s) in new, unused condition with labels intact. If you return all items from an order, we will refund the item(s) and the original delivery charge, if applicable.
Returning Faulty Goods
If you believe your item is faulty, please notify our customer service team and provide a detailed note with the faulty item. All faulty items will undergo inspection by our Returns Department before being sent to the manufacturer for further evaluation.
Please note: Items that are deemed to have been misused or improperly cared for (e.g., machine washed when hand-washing is required) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided on the garment labels to maintain their condition.

Customers Outside the China
If you are returning an order from outside the China, please ensure you mark the parcel as a RETURN and include the following CPC code on your customs returns form: CPC code: 6123FO.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days after receiving your returned items and will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot process refunds for items returned without tags or in a non-saleable condition.
